Types of Cases

Every dispute has a potential for settlement without lengthy litigation. Many disputes can be resolved before a lawsuit is filed.

  3. Neutrals' settlement recommendations are non-binding, unless the parties agree to a binding procedure;

Mediation Consultants has a highly qualified roster of neutrals with diverse backgrounds and experiences. These specialists will provide dispute resolution procedures that take into account the particularized needs of the parties referring matter. If the matter referred requires an expertise not reflected on Mediation Consultants' roster, its staff will consult with counsel to determine the specific credentials necessary to resolve the dispute and, thereafter, will contact and retain the agreed-upon neutral on a negotiated fee basis.
