Users' Fees

The entire cost for Mediation Consultants' services is as follows:

Administrative Fee........ $150.00 per party which includes scheduling, appointments and coordination of neutral, conference rooms, etc.
Neutral Fees................. $250.00 per hour, per party to $125.00 per hour, per party, depending on the neutral selected. (Special users' fees may be applicable in multi-party cases).

Facilities

All mediation sessions will be conducted in the New Haven, CT, or West Hartford, CT areas, unless the parties and the neutral agree upon a different location.
